Return - Refund - Cancelation Policy

Can you return plants? 
No. (Live plants are non-returnable)

No Returns
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

Refund Eligibility (Damaged on Delivery Only)
A refund will be provided only if the plant is received in a damaged or dead condition.

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share a clear videos of unboxing:

    • The damaged plant

    • The original packaging/Order number/Invoice Number

  • Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are completed within 10-15 working days after approval

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Damage due to improper care after delivery

  • Natural wilting or transplant shock

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. 

How to Cancel

Customers can request order cancellation by contacting Greenima via WhatsApp or email.

Cancellation requests must be made before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible due to the nature of live plants.

Refunds Approved
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your shared video, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please note that once a refund is processed by us, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and reflect the amount in your account. The timeline may vary depending on the bank’s processing policies.
